Identification

Orders and Contracts
|
Orders are placed via email. You can contact me with information about the items you are interested in. If an item is available, I will reserve it for you and send you shipping options. Then I will send your invoice and payment instructions.
The contract is concluded when you receive an email confirming your reservation. |

Delivery
|
I ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each shipment and depend on the destination country, package size, and weight. For shipping I use Czech Post, Packeta Group, and DHL. Delivery times depend on the destination and selected carrier:

Processing Time
|
I always try to process all orders as quickly as possible. Processing
time depends on the number of orders I am handling. Usually, it takes up to 5 days. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. |

Payment
|
I use Revolut for payments. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through Revolut.
I also offer payment via PayPal. |

Customs Charges
|
EU: No additional charges apply for packages shipped within the European Union.
USA and other countries: Tariffs, taxes, duties, and fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. |

Returns and Refunds
|
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving a reason. I will refund you the full amount for the goods.
Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer. Returned goods must not be devalued or damaged. I will also refund your money if the product was damaged during shipping or the package is lost. In all cases, please contact me so we can resolve it together. |
