​Is this a classic online shop?

No. It’s more of a gallery of available pieces. There is no “Add to Cart” button.

How do I place an order?

  1. Contact me with the item(s) you are interested in (ideally including your address, email, and phone) via the Contact form.
  2. I will send you shipping options or an invoice with payment details.
  3. After payment is received, I will send your package to your home as soon as possible.

​How do I know if an item is available?

Available items are not marked.
Reserved items are marked “RESERVED.”
Sold items are marked “SOLD.”

How can I pay?

I use the Revolut payment gateway, which allows secure payments by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Alternatively, I can accept PayPal.



How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated individually per package. They depend on the destination country, chosen carrier, and the package’s size and weight.

Example shipping prices for a common package 30×20×20 cm: 
(this package will fit 1–2 teapots, several cups, shiboridashi + yuzamashi, teapot + 2–3 cups)

  • Europe (2–5 days): 10–20 USD
  • USA (slow 2–3 weeks): 25 USD
  • USA (fast 2–3 days): 57 USD

A larger quantity of items requires a larger box and thus a higher shipping cost.



How can I be notified when a new batch is added?

The best way is to subscribe to the newsletter on the main page. Customers on this list receive an email whenever a new batch is published.



How often do new pieces appear?

It varies, but on average every three months.



Do you care about the environment?


Yes! All packages are plastic-free.
